1. Can I bring my dog?

This one is for the humans. Please leave your dogs at home safe and snug. We will be bringing a couple of shelter dogs to demonstrate the treadmill, leash skills and walking techniques.

2. What if I need to cancel?

If you are have purchased a ticket but are unable to attend, a full refund will be provided via paypal as long as your cancellation notice is received 10 days prior to the date of the seminar by emailing us at events@youdogandyou.com. If you find out that you cannot make it 10 days or less before the seminar date, we ask that you give your ticket to a friend and please notify us of the person's name so that we may add them to our guest list.

3. Will there be time for lunch?

Yes! As a matter of fact, we will be providing lunch. Coffee and Tea will also be available in the morning when you arrive as well as bottled water.

4. Can I record the seminar and or take pictures?

We ask that you do not record the seminar and we ask that you do not take pictures. In the future, instructional videos will be available online! Please feel free to take notes.

5. What if I arrive late?

No problem, please check in and take a seat.

6. Can I bring my children?

Tickets are sold per person and we suggest that children only 15 yrs. and up attend the seminar. A great deal of information is presented, and younger children may become distracted or bored.

7. Can I pet the shelter dogs?

We ask that you respect the request of the handler. Please ask first, if the handler agrees please follow the general rule that you never put your face in the face of a dog that you do not know.

8. What if I change my email address after I book a seminar seat? Will I still recieve emails?

If you need to change your email address, you can do so by logging in and going to "My Account" and updating your email address so that you will continue to receive emails from us.

9. What if the seminar is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that a seminar must be cancelled, you will receive a notification via email, and a notification will be placed on our website and Facebook pages. A full refund will be given.
