Hi, my name is Chaz. I am one of the longest residents here at the Voorhees Animal Orphanage. I am patiently waiting for my forever home. I am a Blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix, about 3 years old, neutered, healthy and up to date on all of my vaccines. I am a little shy when meeting new people, but I warm up quickly! I bark in my kennel for attention, so PLEASE ask to spend some time with me outside so you can experience my truly wonderful personality.
A little more about Chaz: He is very affectionate! At times, he may forget his manners and he reverts back to acting like a puppy. He loves short walks, car rides and chasing Frisbees, but mostly he likes lying next you and being petted. He walks well on a leash and is completely housetrained. He came to our shelter from a junkyard, with another dog. He barely had enough to eat and therefore can guard his food and toys. Due to this, Chaz should be with an experienced owner and should be placed as the only pet. He has spent several weekends with one of our volunteers and is always a well mannered boy! If you are an experienced owner with regard to resource guarding, placement with your friendly dog may be considered.
